New Course: THE COURAGE TO LOVE – starts July 7

What’s holding you back?

Do you have the courage to let go of your limitations?
to learn to love authentically?
to grow and help others do the same?

Loving authentically takes courage. It means letting go of the habitual, ordinary ways we sometimes view ourselves— as someone who’s been betrayed, rejected or abandoned. After a while, this becomes our identity, and we don’t think we can change.

But we can. Buddha’s teachings tell us how.

This series will explore how Buddhist teachings can help us recognize our extraordinary potential for growth and fulfillment, potential that naturally exists within all of us. You’ll discover how wholeheartedly relating to ourself and others from this perspective produces great fulfillment and happiness.
