Buddhism is a powerful tool for inner transformation, and a practical philosophy providing insight and guidance for the more subtle aspects of the spiritual path. In this two-part course, we will explore important principles and practices within Buddhist psychology, as well as existential questions of life, death and meaning. Everyone is welcome.

What to Expect at a Class:
Our Monday evening introductory meditation class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a certain topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Class is followed by refreshments and time to chat with the teacher and other students. Everyone is welcome.
Although it’s most beneficial to engage in the whole series, you are welcome to drop in for an individual class whenever you wish.
Weekly guided meditations and Buddhist teachings are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.

**Please arrive 15 minutes before class for registration and to get settled in the meditation hall. Once the 1st meditation has started, you will need to wait outside in the community room where there is a video broadcast before you can join the class.
