CHANGE OURSELVES, CHANGE OUR WORLD…

The mind is the most powerful change agent in the world. What we experience in our life reflects the quality of our mind–which is why someone with an angry mind has angry experiences and someone with a peaceful mind has peaceful experiences. It’s the mind that makes the difference.
To change our world, we need to change the quality of our mind.
The practical meditations and ideas we teach help people do just that. By thinking about ourselves, others, and the whole world in constructive, positive and virtuous ways, we become happier and more peaceful. As a result, we have a positive effect on our relationships and our world!

“When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.”
