Kadampa Buddhism is a type of Buddhism that emphasizes the practical integration of Buddha’s teachings into our daily life by using the presentation of meditation known as “Lamrim”, or “Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.”. In this talk we will explore some of the fundamentals of this powerful and systematic approach to meditation. We will also learn how to begin and sustain a successful daily meditation practice with time for Q & A to help you feel confident that you can begin to meditate on your own right away.
