REPLAY OF A PREVIOUSLY OFFERED SATURDAY MORNING COURSE
Are you feeling a little down? Discouraged? Depressed? You’re not alone! For many people the changes in our world, the loss of connection with others, and missing out on some of the activities they find enjoyable have led to increased feelings of stress, boredom and depression. Others may feel down on themselves for not being productive enough, feeling a loss of their sense of purpose or worth.
In this short course, Gen Rigpa shares practical methods that can help us transform the experience of feeling discouraged or depressed into a meaningful part of our spiritual path. Through applying the profound methods of Buddhist psychology and meditation, we can gradually learn to cultivate uplifting, encouraging and empowering mental habits, and become the confident, joyful and positive person we wish to be.
