Eat well. Rest well. Move well. Live well. In this course we will explore teachings and powerful meditations that provide practical tools for creating constructive, life-changing habits in the new year.
January 12: Mental Yoga: Eating as Meditation
January 19: Meditations for Rest and Sleep
January 26: Moving Meditation for Mind and Body
February 2: Living Meditation in Daily Life
About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
Although it’s most beneficial to engage in the whole series, you are welcome to drop in for an individual class whenever you wish.
Weekly guided meditations and Buddhist teachings are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.
