In How to Transform Your Life, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso writes, “Learning to cherish others is the best solution to our daily problems, and it is the source of all our future happiness and good fortune.”
What else in life can bring these kinds of benefits?
Buddha’s idea is that we should make the effort to train in love so we can be in this state all the time. Then we’ll know a love that’s limitless and unceasing.

What to Expect at a Class:
Our Monday evening introductory meditation class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a certain topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Class is followed by refreshments and time to chat with the teacher and other students. Everyone is welcome. DROP IN AND JOIN AT ANY TIME! NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
**Please arrive 15 minutes before class for registration and to get settled in the meditation hall. Once the 1st meditation has started, you will need to wait outside in the community room where there is a video broadcast before you can join the class.
