Saturday, 29 February 10:00am - 1:00pm

4953 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90027

In this chaotic and uncertain world, it’s so important to know where to turn when things are difficult. In particular, we want to know how to be our own protector in tough times, and we can do this by learning, and gaining experience in, the Buddhist practice of refuge.

By relying on the Three Jewels — Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha — we can build stable habits of mental peace, joy, and freedom within our own heart, and share that with others.

10:00-11:15am Session 1
11:45-1:00pm Session 2

For those who are interested in deepening their experience of the practice of refuge, this workshop will be followed by 2 self guided retreat sessions.

Optional Self-guided Retreat Sessions: Saturday, Feb 29: 2-3:15pm, 3-45-5:00pm (FREE)

There is also an opportunity to engage in retreat from March 1-5.

Cost: $30
Membership Pricing: 50% off for Foundation Members | FREE for Kadampa and Benefactor Members
