Optimism: Cultivating Realistic Hope
We all have an inner optimist. It is the part of us that is hopeful, positive and sees the possibilities our life offers.
But is optimism realistic in these challenging times? This depends upon our expectations and goals, and how we view our life, and the world around us.
In this course, Gen Rigpa and Senior Teacher Jen Derwingson offer advice and spiritual guidance from Mahayana Buddhism on how to live with hope, confidence and vision. They explain how to live positively based on a realistic view of the world even though we are living in a time of a pandemic, social upheaval, and political divisiveness. Instead of living with worry and anxiety about what the future may hold, this course offers invaluable advice on how to keep a positive mind and a wise outlook for the future. Join us and become empowered to be the peaceful change you want to see in the world. Everyone welcome!
