This makes them especially important for modern people, because the real beauty of Kadampa practice is in bringing together meditation and daily activities.
There’s no need to set ourselves apart from the world in order to train our mind. We are encouraged to use every aspect of modern living as an opportunity to deepen our spiritual experience.
